A graduate of the Conestoga College Massage Therapy Program, Sarah is registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). She believes in holistic, collaborative care that supports each client on their journey toward optimal health and wellness.

Sarah’s passion for complementary health care grew from her own positive experiences with health care practitioners while rehabilitating various injuries during her previous career. These experiences sparked a strong interest in anatomy, pain patterns, and muscular imbalances, inspiring her to pursue a career in massage therapy.

Throughout her education and clinical experience, Sarah has had the opportunity to work with a variety of populations. These experiences have deepened her appreciation for individualized care and the importance of making every client feel heard and supported. She takes the time to ask thoughtful intake questions, perform assessments, and develop a collaborative, goal-oriented treatment plan so that each session is purposeful and tailored to the client’s needs.

Sarah incorporates a variety of techniques to address pain patterns and muscular imbalances related to everyday postures, repetitive movements, and injuries. Her approach may include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and techniques designed to improve muscle fibre function and reduce compensatory patterns. She combines these techniques with Swedish massage to promote circulation, relaxation, and overall tissue health, supporting the body’s natural healing process.

As a continual learner, Sarah is committed to expanding her knowledge and skills to better support her clients. She is currently registered to complete Level 1 Vodder Manual Lymph Drainage training this October.

Get to Know Me

When she isn’t learning or treating, Sarah enjoys slowing down and appreciating the simple things in life—getting her hands in the earth while gardening, taking her dog for a walk, or enjoying a good conversation with a friend. Her greatest passion, however, is being a mom to her two daughters, whom she strives to make proud every day.

Sarah believes everyone can benefit from slowing down, being supported, and taking time for themselves. She looks forward to welcoming you into her treatment space and working together toward your wellness goals.
