I believe in an evidence-based, patient-centred approach to healthcare. I treat the individual as a whole and place an emphasis on comprehensive approaches to care. I focus on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, exercises and stretches, and general well-being such as mindfulness, stress reduction and pain management strategies.
Before embarking on my journey as a chiropractor, I studied at the University of Western Ontario, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science - Honours Specialization in Biology. Building on this foundation, I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Following this, I completed my certification in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Acupuncture.
In my chiropractic practice, I distinguish myself by employing a diverse range of techniques. Diversified chiropractic lies at the core of my practice, embodying personalized adjustments to cater to individual needs. My proficiency extends to soft tissue therapy, supplemented by instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, pregnancy-related manual therapy, contributing to the well-being of expectant mothers. My dedication to continuous education has led me to complete various courses, including women's health, paediatrics, concussion rehabilitation, and chronic pain management.

When I am not in my office, I can be found at home having living room dance parties while caring for my school aged-twins, Ethan and Emily, or walking our family dog, Chewie, an 80lbs crazy golden-doodle. My husband and I enjoy spending time outdoors with our family camping, hiking and biking.
